in the real world i would think that you would have to be clear of the runway before take off for other aircraft this is why they ask you to anononce (clear of the runway) a real world pilot or someone with true knowleage will proberly answer this question
my guess at the moment would be no but im usally wrong so lets see
cheers mike

I'm sure that this is illegal as if the aircraft taking off behind had to carryout an aborted takeoff it would go sailing into the back of the aircraft that had just landed.

The runway must be clear before any aircraft can be authorised to take off.
However, when was the last time you saw AI abort?

i always thought that two aircraft were never allowed on the runway at the same time (aka runway incursion)

Its not legal:
* TWR traffic :
- No aircraft can land until the runway is vacated by any preceeding traffic.
- No aircraft can take-off until the runway is vacated by any preceeding traffic.

No, not in airshows, a special set of rules would be created, or if one already has been used, it would be put into effect.
