It is Wellington, It has a virtual "cabin" the whole boat is there for you to explore. It takes some time to get used to it though.

Looks suspiciously like the boat parked up at Forum Field yesterday, different colours and flag

I wasn't at that forum field but will hopefully be there for the real thing.
