I have a soft spot for single engine Pipers and Dreamfleet A/C so I had to get this recently released model - shots of its second test flight out of Tauranga.

Very nice model with all the bells and whistles as per Dreamfleets usual high standard

Neat- how is this one different from the Carenado Archer II (apart from performance specs) ?

Hi Trolly - I don't have the Carenado Archer but the from what I read the Dreamfleet Archer 111 has a lot more features. The Dreamfleet Archer 111 has Reality XP avionics which have very smoooth gauges and includes a fully functional Garmin GPS & STEC autopilot etc.

There are also a lot of extra functions (tie down, opening fuel caps, functioning sun visor etc) and of course the Dreamfleet Archer is the latest "111" model and not the Archer 11 model of Carenados.

Cheers

Paul

Ah ok, well I must say I'm very impressed with Carenado's rendition so I can only image how good Dreamfleet's one must be. I have never tried purchased any of their aircraft though so I cannot judge.
