Hey guys, I'm trying to convert a 16 min DVD of some 'antics' of my dad's mate into a file that Youtube accepts. Does anybody know of a good, free converter? I'm sure you'll all love the video btw.. Lets just say it involves:
1. A Tri Pacer taildragger with Tundra tires
2. A River
3. A beach
4. Two Idiots
5. Pilot Humour.

On the DVD, there's two folders. Audio_ts, which is empty, and Video_ts with this in it:

Any suggestions? It's a fantastic movie and I just want to share it with the world.. ;)

Unfortunately, you won't find very much for free (I don't think). However, "Total Video Converter" will be able to convert this for you. There is a free trial available from here:
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia ... rter.shtml

This should allow you to convert your DVD files to WMV or whatever you want, but it will leave a watermark on the top of the output file. To remove this, you will need to have the full version (I got it for free, but it is quite expensive to buy, around US$45 I think).

I look forward to seeing the movie when finished though
