Oh my goodness , what a bumpy day.
Back story first ....a few weeks ago I purchased a storage/display unit for some of my books and growing collection of Roman and other ancient replica miniature helmets and stuff.
Last week my partner asked me to buy another one for her...no problem, until she wants major modifications done (leaving some parts out)
This thing is big, 1800 high, or long if on its side.....with many attachment points ......
'I don't want those bits"....yes you do or it will fall apart.... this went on for some time, I'm still full of this bug and really not in the mood for this .....walked away twice.
Anyway after many expletives , followed with apologies , I got the bloody thing together....structural integrity in question....but its done.

Now ..... "do you think you can put those bits into it " ..... yes dear

A few years back, Ikea were reported as developing computer chips to go in their flatpack products, which would say "Wrong" if you connected part A to part C instead of part B...
Just thought you'd like to know
