What a world I (and you) wake up to each morning.
It seems to me at least, that the whole world is sitting on its hands watching horrors unfold.
Its so hard not to vent and risk being removed... but, my God

I know how you feel Marty - the UN should be policing this, with NATO as their enforcement arm - but nothing is done. Perhaps the few UN members with the right of veto should no longer be granted that right.

I agree with you. It is as if the world has regressed back to the late 30s early 40's. Probably accelerated with the evils of social media owned by the mega rich. Voice pieces for the self-interested narcissists. Who would have thought that the POTUS would need (or indeed own) his own social media network (erroneously called Truth Social). Oh, the irony in that. Or even that the FBI give briefings via X (formerly twitter). We do live in a very different world. I agree that the UN should be playing a bigger part and that there be no vetos.

And another veto today....unbelievable.
