Excitement? Bah (insert Tui ad here :P ). Be still my beating heart ... this is the best Australasian forum out there, but good luck to the newcomer anyway!

Good luck to them- I wonder if they will be offering anything different to what VOZ already is?

Well, most of Australia is just sand, so it's not that big of an area :P

Another great up and coming forum is www.flightsimulationforums.com , built by a few members and ex-members of flyawaysimulation.com

It has already rapidly grown in size, and dare I say it is what flyaway once was, before all the rude guest posts, spam and over crowding. This new forum seems to focus more on screenshots and FSX, and me and Brownbox are both members there :)

That 'other' forum looks to me like a home for shennagins.

Maybe the other one that could be opening would be worth a look at, in the meantime, thanks for the flyaway sim link, Trolly.

Seems I've been banned even before I made a single post? Maybe someone here could keep me up to date with anything which is directed at me, it may be worthwhile me keeping an eye on them. If anything, I could do with a laugh.

Now why do I get the feeling that Dreamundoer is someone we know?

Couple of clues could be the referances in most of his/her posts to Crazy Craigs websites and then this mysterious appearance on VOZ.

http://vistaoz.org/smf/index.php?topic=3029.0

So Is this site we are all hunting down a decoy for the other site?

Seems now that you need to register in order to see what they have written, which effectively rules out any problems caused by the forum, as not many users will become interested, then register, because they cannot see the content.

This also works for the posts that were in there, as they will now be read only by an extremely small group of members. ;)
