Be an amazing feat of logistics to get this herd of nzff cats organized to do that. Kinda like WorldFlight, but slooooowerrrr.... smile.gif

We will do the country's length the NZ .. running a MP I'd look behind and no one there after six hours, that would be something Id love to do real McCoy if given the plane the fuel ... I'll sleep in the back and directions to local takeaway or delivery.

Maybe break it down into a "Round the island run", do NI or SI with lots of stops, even broken down into legs. I find it difficult to get more than 3 hours free, unless it is chucking it down...

Lot of people are in the same disposition , be a good idea to plan a route , I have my A2A Cessna and Piper so that dose open the field, guess ANT's freeware Tiger, one would have to plan so we all were to carry on where we left off , that's not a problem.

Once started it will create a lot more interest and really get things flying.

Just looking at the timestamps on the screenies I took during the "Figure-8" run I did last month in a Howard 500. All times local.

dep NZNV 26/7 0952 then around Fiordland and the West Coast to Cape Farewell.
arr NZWN 26/7 1219 (fuel)

dep NZWN 26/7 1448 then around by the East coast to Tauranga.
arr NZTG 26/7 1657 (fuel)

dep NZTG 27/7 1208 to North Cape, Cape Reinga, then down coast to Auckland.
arr NZAA 27/7 1353 (fuel)

dep NZAA 27/7 1437 around coast to pass NZNP, NZPP, then across to Kaikoura and down the East coast to
arr NZNV 27/7 1754.

Great aircraft course now with the Ventura and course the little Tracker would make for a very interesting ride.
