Posted: Tue Apr 22, 2014 10:33 pmWell, people have fallen through ice into extremely cold water, and been retrieved and brought back to life some hours later - so maybe he was chilled quickly and thoroughly enough to lapse into that type of coma.
What bothers me is that we can now expect a rash of "me-too" escapades by this young fool's contemporaries, complete with "selfies" posted to Facebook and so on, until even they realise just how lucky this lad was. If they remain alive to do so, of course.
