Our "Captainherc" Adrian had photo's thought best to give to a good home .. one caught my eye and share it . a quiet time

Great shot , the angle makes it look big ... but having been lucky enough to get on board one , they are (were) tall, buy surprisedly small.
What a shame their gone ..... flying art.

Funny with the noise abatement and requirement these had special pass's .... I loved the roar as left Christchurch , i did'nt get on board one but least i got to kick the tires and do the walk around thingy .

A beautiful machine - when they were grounded, my only thought was 'I should have been driving them for a living, and now I can't even get a ride in one...'

Strange with only a few built had such an impact .. and even the anti enviorment peoples such there yaps , some of the amazing views i got from home here , one was in 1997 as it had its tail to me ... and it turned like a fighter , only an illusion due to its pitch up as it turned with the plan form .

Mike , you were saying you'd would have liked a flight in one , no from a couple it was a non event .. only was the skyline but then limited due to window size .
