While out and about today , i spotted a new magazine.
"Helicopter " one of those 2 weekly types that comes with a 1/72 model. The first one is a UH-60 .... not too bad , some bits a little over scale , but a good representation of the type.

Went online to check out the rest of the series , and there are some goodies coming up ....Chinook, seaking, Huey .... etc .
Only thing (for me) are the paint schemes ....example , the Chinook looks good all olive drab , but the model is in some odd (but used) squiggle cam , and the seaking which looks great in the SAR yellow , or navy grey is in IFOR Winter cam ....which is ok , but ..... anyway , looks like I'll have to make room in one of the book cases .

Ian , you wont have room ..... your tank collection will get in the way rolleyes.gif maybe we can rotate the collections between your place and mine.

Look for it at "a good news agent near you " Issue 1 $5.00 , # 2 $9.95 and then rest at full price $18.00 (not bad every two weeks)

I know ..... those marketing people really know their stuff . Ive tried some of those "build the " whatever .... but they go on for to long. Last one was a Fokker Triplane ...... but it was just to hard to keep up , and some parts didn't arrive .
Ive also seen the Titanic , Endeavor , and more recently a lancaster ..... BUT if they did a part work Airtruk ..... rolleyes.gif

I only get stuff like a tamiya 1/48 Spitfire or hasegawa 1/48 typoon with out the bubble canopy. And the money i don't spend on that goes to Flight Sim and RW flying, then some to other pursuits.
