Im not sure where Ive been for the last few years, but thanks to my flatmates Ive found "Mighty Ape "
I have now have (back) all the books my Ex burned ... and then some.

Amazing range of stuff , and equally amazing service. If its in stock with them , and you order before 4pm, you have it next day.

There are some good reads coming out from guys in Afghanistan ... sweating the metal , for example ...RAF Chinook pilot , and others.

Im sure you knew , but just thought i would give them a plug smile.gif

Hey guys. Two books that I have really enjoyed. Apache and hellfire written by ed macey I think. All about his time in Afghanistan flying the apache for the British army and the first hellfire launch in anger. Great reads and really put you in the action. Also gives a background on the author and his experiences getting to the apache. I highly recommend them

Jason

Have both Bee's and Errol's books .. a good resource , The book "Wigram" its history, this really explains why it should have stayed as an aviation heritage park .... If your really interested in real New Zealand history this book is a need addition

Errol's "Swift to the Sky" covers a little of everything .
