Actually Robin I think Doug and Ian should feel totally entitled to air their concerns here, and I for one am totally appalled at your lack of solidarity or support for them over this issue.
This is a "community" site, if the community want to discuss it then that's what should happen. I would also be interested as Doug suggests, to hear what others think.

I don't know the Thatchers (living or deceased) and to be honest I wouldn't even recognise Doug or IanW if I were to pass them in the street, but from years of activity here at nzff and witnessing their contributions, and attitude, I personally have no doubt that what their up against is exactly as described by them.

update - What does concern me a little is that given Tracey is no longer (was she ever) a member here, is that the conversation is going to be very much one sided. However, anyone who wants to get a "balanced" view can head on over to Simviation.

We've been through all that a number of times, over the last few years, since these people first showed up. There's only one reason why they are still around, they've found someone to dance when they pull the strings. Stop dancing and they'll have nothing to jerk on. Every time a post is made somewhere in the world which mentions these people, they have their reward. Do you think I'm wrong here? Do you want to put this to the test? My guess is that NZFF would be dead before next summer.

But sure, if you want to ask the members, go ahead. It would be interesting to see how you phrase the question.

Thank you Dean it is pleasing at last to see that someone else can see the battle that we are going through to try and keep our software from being ripped off.

..... had something been done five/six years back when the "Thatchers" first appeared they danced to the music , suckered one to the table for slaughter , pulled the 'snow" over his eyes and it has never stopped .. appears they got board over the last month and have re-appeared with all sorts off allegations .

Last time this blew up they just about succeeded in taking this site and Robins site down and wrecking NZ simming. If you wish to bring the fight here I suggest you guys tread very carefully as you are dealing with someone with....I won't mention it here on a public forum.

Think carefully whether its worth the scrap...

If have done more than most , covering all the autogen work across every region , built airports , I don't need to make a list , the freeware and the payware at no cost to Robin and many other scenery ... Robin (more so Robin) and I and some others spent ages trying to diffuse the situation last time (and many other times) and nobody seems to appreciate that...I am not sure what you want us to do as admins to make it go away as the fight is over at simaviation not here and we can't add anymore than what Doug has said. That comment about us not doing anything really gets up my nose considering the amount cr@p we had to deal with in the past.

Have fun with your childish games....and with that I will make this my last post here as it is time to move on .. (Maybe the flightsimming urge will come back and hopefully it will be one big happy family again)

OK Paul now for my say this person has now been barred from Avsim also from Flightsim.com and now she is venting her anger at us again now if she hadn't stolen other peoples files this wouldn't of happened but if you think that I am going to sit down and let a troll like her steal my work without putting up a fight for my rights then I don't' know where you are coming from
After having her file taken down from four sites last month two of which have now banned her from their site altogether and will no longer communicate with her I places some ORBX agn in amongst our agn and she fell for the trap and now is going to pay the price as we can prove that the agn is ours that she has added to her latest Christchurch scenery that no one but simviation would let her upload.
So now she has been caught red handed and is trying to squirm her way out of it.
Simviation has been asked to remove the file of hers and I am hoping that when the Admin gets back to work after the weekend that it will be removed.
end of story

Just checked Simviation site and it appears that her file has been removed so ones again I presume that I will be flooded with emails thank god I have a program that i can intercept the emails before downloading then and bounce them back to the sender

Bugger now I find it hasn't been taken down or has been uploaded again

I have check this morning , many files are gone , they have only posted in the last couple days a large portion of them and finding now all the alias's are becoming brothers in law and extended family .. had it been let known earlier and not having names brushed under the carpet for so bloody long for people to forget it sat there festering .

... all was fine and dandy till responsible admins at Flightsim.com and Avsim did something or confirmed what they have got up to a couple days back ... had there been a concerted effort directly when these people started this entire debacle it would have gone long ago .

Maybe it is just a coincidence tha she has had her agn placed in the exact same spot as I have mine and that she also added ORBX agn and managed to get it in the exact same place as mine.
