Captain Dave's blog has been one of my favourites for a while. You feel like you are right up there with him as he turns the mundane into the interesting

Pilot X is another good read. I have the ebook, half of it is up on his website. Doesn't seem to be updating anything but what's there is very readable and ever so slightly different to Captain Dave ;-)
