After Cowpatz showed and pointed out the growing debt in the USA , i mentioned all out war , this country Afghanistan fights within its own it fights with Pakistan , that country fights with India , have the same sort off hatred as in the Middle East , id say let em go for it , ban all flights from these territories till they sort it out .....

But you know, this is exactly what the Russians did, after the "Soviet Vietnam".
OK it was helped along a little by the US supply of Stingers and other good hardware to ... the Taliban.
You have to learn from History but no-one learns from History.

It wasn't to the Taliban mate. They didn't exist at that stage.
