Accommodation in Hamilton for the V8's ?

Six of us who will be working in Pit Lane at the V8's don't want to stay in one huge dormitary with the other ~35 (can't think why not) but we also can't find anywhere in Hamilton to stay that doesn't involve handing over a suitcase full of small denomination used banknotes every night.

Not being from Hamilton, there are probably options we don't know about, not necessarily in Hamilton (but not too far away, report times are before 0630). Any suggestions from the locals ?

Also, the organisers are still short by about 50 Flag Marshalls and Escape Hatch Marshalls. Basically anyone who applies who is over 14 and can do all three days will get a trackside job. PM me for an application form.
