Who uses this?

I got from the previosly mentioned pctools magazine's 2nd cover disc.

It can clean and fix your computers registery and give your pc a good spring clean.

Its a lovely wee program but it seems to like destroying my adobe photoshop "user name and serial number" information incuring in the need for a full reinstall of the program <_<

I think its a freedownl load from somewere, smartpc3.0 is the name, I recomend it if you don't have photoshop installed (goodness knows what other files its deleting aswell  O well makes my pc run faster then ill use it hehe)

Carefull, these sort of free programs that promise to fix your bugs are usually bundled with a load of spyware...

I think it does ive me a bit more performance, not really shore I just go by what it says (aka im a idiot lol)

I don't think it wil have spyware as it came with the pctools magazine wich I dout will be making ppl pay for some spyware, the smartpc was a program on a secnd disc that says "three programs worth 120pounds" but It aws free to register, maby a bit like avast how its free to register but you still have too.

i use regscrub xp for mine. It doesnt clean up any useful stuff, but it deletes extra stuff such as old uninstalled utilities, leftover junk from programmes, etc.
I got it from reading an article about computer security in my local newspaper, so it is spyware free.
