hah, someone i know tried wagging athletics day with his friend. Turns out he started playing around on the golf course, then got caught by police and brought back to school (with an afterschool detention) :lol:

A good command of Maths and English is essential for anyone wishing to pursue a career in aviation, or any professional job for that matter.

I agree with the above, but I have also heard people say "that what you learn in school isn't most important, it is the learning how to learn that will most benefit you in the future." (Like preparing your brain for your uni level work)

Yeah ... well, I was bothered about it. There was just no point me going tos chool on athletics day coz I couldn't do it
