Two very close games- I'm shocked at the results! huh.gif sad.gif *smile.gif

I'll support either England (where I was born), or the AB's (cos I live in NZ now).

Just shows you can't beat the ref. France had 16 players to our 14 when McAlister went off (that's if you only count the ref as one player). I can't bloody believe it to be honest but anyways....

Hehehe Shame Australia!

Anyway, I'm now supporting France for the rest of the cup, the next upset will be South Africa losing.

Man you kiwis just draaag on and on! And because your TEAM did bad you blame the ref???

Firstly all the overseas teams incl. France used their B or C teams against the all blacks, this gave the all blacks a false impression over the other teams.

Secondly France are a dangerous team and should not be isolated because thats when they can get most dangerous.

Thirdly France were hosting it so they at least deserved to win even if the ABs did.

Fourthly France is the 2nd best team in the world currently so it's like the worlds 2 best teams against each other. At that end any1 can win.

Fifthly the ref cannot be blamed cos how many times have the ABs Cheated/Pro fouled and not gotten caught? Give him a break, hes just doin his job.

SO CHINS UP AND GO FIJI, BOOO STH AFRICA. and well done to the ABs good effort clapping.gif

We can go on and on about it he was a rookie ref doing a knockout match in the WORLD CUP should get someone who has experience to do these important matches.

Like most things, there is no one point of failure... just a combination of minor events, resulting in a final result...

- Bizarre Strategy (WTH was with all the kicking?)
- Inexperienced Referee
- Dodgy/Missed Calls
- Inability of AB's to adjust
- Too many 50-50 balls

Sure the ref was average... but that is not the sole reason for the loss... congrats to the french for taking their chances... they played smarter rugby than we did...

Having said that... Go the AB's!

And just watching the replay of the match regarding the referee:

Luke Mcalister deserved it becoz he blatantly shoulder charged and on purposely obstructed the french player whilst making it look professional. Just like diego's handball goal.

And how the hell is a ref or touch judge gonna see that foward pass when they were probably sprinting their asses off and at a difficult angle to where the ball is.

So dont be a sore loser and blame the ref.

luke was just turning around and the touch judges should of gotten the forward pass it was well forward. Blame the ref because thats why we lost

Hehehe Douggy Howletts a bad loser!
I can't believe anyone welcomed the ABs off the plane, must be some really f***ed up people in Christchurch.
Graham Henry should be fired. Worst AB effort EVER.

That's what I've got to say. Pretty straightforward and although you won't admit it, truthful too!
