My name on a different forum

A forum for everything else that does not fit into the other categories

I don't really care, there are more important things for me to worry about than what a user wants to be called. :P

Personally, I find it can be a bit more annoying compared to other names - but as above - I don't worry about it. ;)

Jimmy I respect you more than most members on this forum because of your honesty. I don't think of you as anything you said. When i post and want an answer, i don't want (e.g. my 737 repaint) excellent when there are many flaws or mistakes. If i don't get told then I won't improve anything.
I was actually just going there to see if they knew of any scenery that i liked. I wasn't going to be an active member.
I remember in my first topic you asked that question Brock, sorry for not telling you earlier but no i wasn't. I have an account but it is my FPS game nickname. I never made one post.

I too don't think the name is great - In fact I don't think a series of O's and zeros constitutes a lot at all.
But each to their own.

Zoltuger, its pronouncable, its far more like a name. I may not make sense but is Tims nikname not far more personal than a string of zeros and Os?

when you say its pronouncable do you mean its hard for you to say oooooooo ??

Hey give him a break, some people don't care as much for some things. I don't care much for tidiness in school work and stuff. He admitted his spelling isn't always 100% correct.

If we are able to move on and discuss other names.... I find it interesting how they come about. It can be bloody hard thinking of a name to use for forums, emails etc ... especially when you think you have THE one and it's already in use!

Mike, I always saw 'natas' as satan, spelt backwards, and wonder if there was anything in that? I recall thinking "thank goodness your name's not Lana ...."

My name on most other forums is Splatman. It comes from when Playstations were first released (ohhh yeah go the Playstation 1) I worked in an appliance store that sold them. We stayed behind most nights and played games, hooked up to large TV's with thumping stereo speakers.

Grand Turismo and Virtua Rally were our games of choice. I tended to trash my cars on a regular basis and got the nickname Splat, prolly cause it rhymes with Matt. So there you have it.

Yep it was intentional Matt, good spotting (I never picked it up until Mike told me :P ). I remember the explanation during the Trans Tasman Endurance Challenge that Trolly organised. Sorry if I jumped in here Mike... :ph43r:

ooOO00OOoo - This 'name' reminds me when the singer Prince changed his name from Prince to a symbol, in the end he was called the artist formally known as Prince because no one could pronounce his symbol thingy. I doubt he gave a big rats butt at the reaction he got to that.

Why is this ramble on my part relevant? Only because I have never figured out how to pronounce ooOO00OOoo, so from that perspective I think its kinda cool because it makes me think, and reading this thread it reminded me of the Prince thing. B-)

I have a question, how do we call you if we are flying online? With a Callsign of o how is it pronounced?

oooOOOooo fox 3 inbound :D

I have no problem with your callsign apart from the online flying.
