And another ones gone

Postby Splitpin » Sun Oct 25, 2020 7:02 pm

Had a call from the Boss this morning informing me that a close workmate (10 years my Junior) passed away this morning.
RIP Rodney, you deserve it( the rest) mate, I'm going to miss you ...WTH Rod, we were just joking on Friday night.... it wasn't meant to end like this.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FrkEDe6Ljqs..... just a shame your names not on that list Rod, or maybe I didn't wait long enough............

There's a lot of that going around, Marty. On Nov 16 it will already be a year since I lost a great colleague, mentor, and mate when JSG died, just 3 weeks short of his 63rd birthday.

Yeah it's the season all right.
2020...
The silver lining: for the survivors, all that great music (like that YT clip) is being remastered, and sounds better than we ever knew it!
