Had to spend a night in Christchurch this week. Guess which motel I won't be staying at again.



Clue: it takes it's name from the district it's in which is named after a large tree. tongue.gif

Thanks for the offer Marty and yes, they sure are strange. I was part of a booking for 18 done by our travel club organiser who always pays for us, and we had to beat them down to only one person per room having to provide ID!

The "88" in their restaurant name is reputed to mean the number of dishes available.
They should change it to "Sequoia 5" for breakfasts (toast, tinned peaches, muesli, rice bubbles and cornflakes)  rolleyes.gif
