I think I've seen that video before from part of the annual San Francisco Fleet Week Blue Angels air display.
On a more local note, I saw the Roaring 40's Havard team pull of some spectacular low flying last weekend at Ardmore which I believe is a new addition to their airshow routine this season- each aircraft, one at a time, peels off and cuts in front of the crowdline, lateral axis pointing along the vertical, at what looks to be only 100 feet or so off the ground. Very impressive!
