Im going the other way around from 2 to 4 wheels ,i dont know how many times ive come off 2 wheels ,or one should i say smile.gif you never have two under you when it happens .
My dad always said they where death traps and you should never have one ,I said look at this way if i do come off ive got a 50/50 chance of landing on that hay bail ,or sliding between the wheels on that truck trailer unit ,,for me ive come out ok after the amount of crashes ive had ,"i really like them if you can understand that "sliding down the road on your ass is always a pretty good kick ,the downside the bike man its always broken sad.gif
I class the maintance and parts to buy and fix like shopping and fixing a F1 car , i now have a BMW that ive had for awhile now and it hasent cost me a cent yet .the bike has cost me about $17.000 over 6 years with full rebuilds and paint jobs including side coversx4 "sliding down the road to much /handle barsx2 /indercaters x8 /fairings ,exhaust pipesx5
back tires to many to count ..

good luck on that buy .

Good call on the Kwaka.

I have a GPZ750R, it's getting on a bit now (1984) but goes quick enough for me. I love the open road on a bike, there's something in riding that only motorcyclists can understand.

Have fun and ride safe mate!

Kawasaki NZ are currently doing the GPX250's here for $5995, but they have limited numbers. They are a nice bike for sure!

I am so tempted to jump in and get my bike license and just be able to get on a bike and go for a blat on a counrty road 10 - 01 I would end up killing/critically injuring myself and would require the services of the Bell lol.
