The captain of an Asiana Airlines' flight departing Incheon International Airport for Jeju Islands on 8 August had found all the cabin attendants were missing after the plane's take off, according to The Seoul Times.

It was reported that the Asiana plane had to return to the airport to pick up the cabin crew after 30 minutes of its take off.

The rare incident had resulted 50 minutes delay to the scheduled time.

The flight was meant to pick up 180 passengers of another Asiana Airlines' domestic flight which was stranded at Daegu airport before departure for Jeju Island.

The Seoul times quoted from Yonhap news said that investigations into the case are underway by the relevant aviation authorities.

Don't the pilots have to have some sort of thing from the flight atendants confirming that all pasangers are ready for take off: seatbelts etc.. because with out this the takeoff would be ilegal , am i right?
