Question About Texel Air's Cargo Service Please

Shalom and greetings all my pals,

As subject heading speaks for itself, I see that Texel Air 737 cargo plane flew few flights to NZCI Chatham island last October 2024 but there is NONE flights last month of November.

Was the Texel Air cargo service to the Chatham island airport temporary thing or is Texel Air planning more flights to Chatham island airport this month of December? Considering Christmas rush meaning that Chatham island might need cargo services by Texel Air hauling Christmas shopping gifts from NZAA to NZCI, there should be some flights this month on December. Chatham island does need booze supply for holiday parties :) :)

Thank you for any answer any of you might provide.

Regards,

Aharon

From NZ 3rd level blog

[i]Our boat has been out of action over the winter as has been well publicized in the media. However has been back plying its trade since mid July. Recently there was an issue with the Southern Tiares Crewing Requirements. This caused a severe delay to a Island bound sailing, thus delaying all other voyages, including over to Pitt.

The flights are bringing infrastructure needed for our new wind farm, as well as other time critical supplies. Would be great to see this become a regular thing. Especially given the ST is very much on its last legs and we cannot keep going without basic necessities when the boat is on survey.
