Excellent photos Jon!!! Damn I need a better camera :P Unfortunately the ex got the camera with the 10x zoom

Last year they had two of the fire tenders having a couple of water fights. Pity they only had the one demonstrating this year.

My photos. Not as grand as Jon's. Got to sort the dust on my camera before I do anything else

So, you guys come here often? Only fair if I take a pic of you, you can do the same.

Excellent shots, with the subject clear and in focus, and the background blurred.

Aucklands new BK only spent an hour on display before they got called out.

Our open day was mayhem with several jobs coming in luckily we had Rotoruas machine come cover us and out of the 5 jobs we got they only had to attend 1 but as soon as everyone left both the machines were called out and we ended up with ZK-HZN, ZK-HZL, ZK-HZQ and ZK-HLN coming in the first 3 came in 3 minutes apart then Westpac Rescue 1 arrived around 18:00.

no pics due to broken picture taking hand.

Interesting to note that Taranaki Rescue Service is getting a Agusta 119 (to replace a Squirel) which is a first of type for the country. Plenty of cabin space especially for a single.

Hi again Scott!

You are based at the Hamilton hospital pad right? As far as I knew, it only has room for a single helo, so how did 4 different choppers park up there?
