I say Beech-nineteen-hundred (some times I say dee but not usually)

I say beech-nineteen-hundred-dee, beech-nineteen-hundred or nineteen-hundred-dee

Beech nineteen hundred D, but I usually don't bother with the "D" unless I'm being really specific about what model of 1900 it is.
