I would shy away from that, other than Canada and I'm not about the aircraft there since retired, New Zealand would have more intact air-frames than any other place in the world , one of the thing that slowly ending the Freighter was the air-frame and prop maintenance, course the later types with the pallet style loading .

Well, nobody seems terribly interested - but should it go back or not? If it does leave, I am pretty sure it will never return.

Thought it was meant to be the other way round... don't people "rescue" their pile of junk found somewhere in the UK or wherever, and send it to the Real Experts at Ardmore to fix??

Thinking about it Charl , that is one other place that did have a Bristol on the airfield ... course you are completely correct , Gawd ! be interesting to see the list of aircraft rebuilt there the list would be huge!
