I am still contemplating applying for ATC (again), so i might pop along to say hello.

Also, I am thinking about going so I can play with some headsets... see if i can find a nice ANR headset to upgrade too

Cool! Would ardmore actually be open for random flying that day? (Same question for Omaka during classic fighters and Wanaka during WoW)

Yep Ardmore, is open as usual on that day, however you have to register your intentions with Unicom prior to the start of the day. There is a form on the website.
