Yep again, apparently made the front page of the paper as well. As long as you don't live near Kuirau Park or around Tawera Rd you'll be sweet.
A larger one happened a few years back and the mud from that is still around I think.

Yep, Orakei-Korako, we had a rowing camp there last year I think, so I know the water-side fairly well.

I remember staying on holiday in Rotorua and going to the 'Wai-a-Tapu' (or something like that) thermal park and it smelt horrible!!
