Read the book... do the chapter reviews... do the sample exam... go through the syallabus and make sure you can "answer" every point listed.
The real trick tho... is don't rush the exam... you have plenty of time... make sure you read the question, then read it again... then read it a 3rd time just to make sure...
You can usually discount 2 answers straight away... If it is still a paper exam, i tend to cross out the letters of "Bad" answers... so you usually end up with 2 answers that it "could" be... then you just have to decide which one is MORE correct...
some people say the ASL exams are more a test in exam technique than knowledge of the subject
