Yeah, I did it but sadly I wasn't allowed to put it up for public viewing. A bit of a pity really as I thought it was quite a nice one, but maybe I'm biased!!

Least we have some others to look on your website Greg B-)

Thanks Nick, it dose take up the space a little, when we had the Southern Chinese debut 787-800 into Christchurch few years back me Marty went on a mission to check it out, one photo I got showed how big the engines alone were, had these guys crawling over one and they did look like ants.

Aaaargh... just as the wing did its flex thing, no focus!

Actually these things seem to be pretty snappy performers.
Don't know how many are empty, tracking out over the northwest from NZAA, but I get the distinct impression they are 50kt faster and 3,000 ft higher than they have a right to be for such a fat feller.

This also shows the 767 on taxi A6 , Feb 3rd 2013 , that 767-300 really flew out like nothing holding it back ... it was off the ground before the intersection of Rwy29/11 and it kept going straight up ... the was impressive ! the thrust these engine produce with no load , I can see were a 787 would have no effort with a slight tail wind.

I think this might have been the Brethren charter flight.
