Not a great deal of difference to a 747-400F really in terms of dimensions (except the wingspan being 10m longer). Payload wise it is much better at 33% more. A poor range though and quite slow. However at US$80 million compared to US$238 million purchase price you do get quite a bit of machine. Just stick some decent engines on it to improve the range and you have a hell of a beast.
Remember the 50-50-90 rule. Anytime you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong!

Recall the 1990 Farnbourgh Airshow, the AN124 blows an engine, we get a better display with its little brother the AN22 ripping in with a spear engine .. now that was COOL smile.gif
