Hi guys and gals just thought I should mention why i don't post much on here..
a couple of things really firstly i went through a relationship screw up so that mucked me up for a bit, and now that i've got things in order pretty much, Im now training for my PPL with Nelson Aviation College which so far is going great - am loving every minute of it!

Unfortunately because I'm color-blind I probably wont be able to do night flying or get my CPL so that sux a bit cos I originally had plans to fly for Air NZ, but anyway just having my PPL will be a bonus! :)

Spent a bit time instructing on JDH many moons ago. Lots of fun

Have you checked with your AME and the department about the colour blindness? Depending on the colours you may still get through. I know of 2 people who are "colour blind" and they held CPL's but were restricted to 2 pilot instrument ratings.

I had a medical recently. It was administered whilst I was in the Cardiology ward after apparently having 2 heart attacks lol

Good to see that you are still with us in spirit even though these extra activities are taking your time we can look forward to you dropping in from time to time. It seems that flying if really in your blood so you won't be away for too long I think.

Thanks guys appreciate the comments :) I hope to post a wee bit in screenshots especially now that I've bought Carenados C152 and C172 to help me train! :)
