During my time spent on this beautiful Planet Earth, I have got to realise, and accept, that most of the people on it can be fooled most of the time.... :wink2: .....!

April the 1st just makes it so much easier!..... ...!

Paul.... ... ... ...!

Trust me Paul , like any Gov here, its one or the other , Lean this way or Lean that way , you then add a arc .. Arc .. well someone who likes to draw buildings then tilt it lopsided .. I would have gone the total opposite direction ..

I'm sure I could create/design a tower even with an area were peoples can go for a viewing , the lop sided thing is only done by a designer who want a name , the bloody pumpkins are horrible , had it had roof top access I could have been swayed ....

Between the - terrorists - the hi-jackers - the suicidal Pilots ... Who better could you have on board than a bunch aviation/plane nutters to look after or watch for security risks ..... may just Lean onto that idea ..

because I work for them I have to be careful.

All I will say is that when Auckland has to get its new Tower ... please spare us from
'Architectural masterminds' and the hideous cr@p they come up with.

On the positive side - at least this is south of the Bombays so I'll hopefully never have to look at it, and it
will be a laughing stock somewhere else instead.

I wonder how much the designer got for it? ... should have been life without parole!

I guess I have the time to build a practical looking design , give the theme to some schmuck resting on his larrels with a couple of Vegetables , ....STINK!

I quite like the 30 year plan design. Conventional tower but unique enough

 It's a joke? Really? OMG. This terminal is the consequence of an accident...I am sure.
You know, an accident can be avoided if you cut the chain.
Here the architects designed an awful terminal. It's no unusual. The unusual fact here is the managers, who made the decision, built this awful terminal. :o

P.S. Nice April's fool joke about the Tower, but I think that play with the aeronautical safety never is a joke.

Sorry, Charl.... ...!

Opposite side of the Planet, in a different Time Zone, 12 hours apart.

The town of Abergavenny, on my Bike, 24 miles away, in South Wales, is the furthest I get out of England!

Paul.....never did like long distance travel!.... ...!

On ya bike boy and trailer in tow (need that for the gas) and get over here .. you may even meet our Cat loving person Gareth Morgan on his moto bike , If you do bang him off his bike and run over him a couple times .. then keep going , next corner is the ocean crossing , make sure you don't grab one were the screws don't keep falling off and you'd almost 11000 miles away shortly. :D
