are setting up to combine the
10th HEALTHY BASTARDS BUSH PILOTS “STOL” COMPETITION 4/5TH FEBRUARY 2023
with the
FLYING NZ NATIONAL COMPETITIONS 6TH – 10TH FEBRUARY 2023



It’ll be a really iconic do for light aviation in NZ as it sets up for 8 days of Aviation fun / fellowship and experience at Omaka - the gateway to the southern alps!
Can you put it in your calendar as the priority for 2023 – .. and further announcements will follow.
Ps. It’s essential you get onto dog tagging this date on your calendar as you’ll may need to sort accommodation that can be tight in Blenheim!
I will be doing the after dinner speech for the Flying NZ National Awards do .. it will be entitled:
“Horrendous Tales and Legends about Aviators through the eyes of a ‘marginally qualified" Avmedico”
(many of you will feature in this talk so beware and fu*k the privacy lawyers cause we’re all a big family eh … what happens in the family stays in the family!).
So we’ll need everyone’s support on this to make it be the best aviation do ever!

For sure, but if I go to that I can't do the airshow as well, although I might be able to get to the Chathams instead of the airshow.
