Exciting times indeed,

Next week AFS2 will release a core update that fixes the shimmering buildings, adds advanced autopilot to most of the default aircraft and... AND WE'RE GETTING THAT Q400 FOR FREE!!!!

I can't believe these guys just give it away - I'm so used to the payware DLC-fest going on Steam...

As you can see it's a pretty serious turboprop engine simulation - that was one of the sore points in FSX/P3D, so i'm keen to see how it works out in AFS2...

I have their base version , and I added the Swiss bit as well. Must screen some of it for you soon.

Marty: Aerofly FS2 is my casual sim of choice at present, and this is a very timely update!
I have been holding back on flying LOWI because of the display issues there.
If they fixed it, it will be one of the better responses I have seen.

Great that the Dash is coming too,
I guess they feel that a full complement of stock aircraft should include a twin turbo liner.

Great that you "float" this way, and open up a world few would venture into... some pretty good screens to date I thought.
