Just thought I'd consolidate a bit, and list a few great looking addons that are expected to be released hopefully by the end of the year, or early 2012!
These are the ones that I'm looking forward to:
JustFlight Viscount
Captain Sim 737-100/200
Carenado C90 King Air (337 will likely be released in the next couple of weeks too!)
PMDG Dash-8
Eagle Rotorcraft Simulations (freeware) Bell 222
Aerosoft PZL Wilga
Quality Wings BAe 146 series
Aerosoft/Digital Aviation CRJ-700/900
That's a lot of addons that fit the flying styles that I enjoy! I'm glad to see something other than the same few aircraft being produced over and over for once!
Note: These are all for FSX, with the notation that FS2004 versions of the freeware Bell 222 and the QW BAe 146 will exist alongside from my understanding.

Can't forget the upcoming RealNZ Nelson too! It's not often that these high quality local airports come around and it's a beautiful part of the country!

Certainly! I haven't been keeping track of forthcoming scenery releases that much, but I'll add to that now!
RealNZ Nelson
FlyTampa Montreal (CYUL)
Freeware NZ Masterton Airport
FSCreations Taupo

Ah yes Taupo! If HamiltonX was anything to go by, Taupo should be a cracker too!

Let's see what's on my list...
1.) Vertigo Studios DC-3

3.) Vertigo Studios DC-3
4.) Justflight Visount
In terms of sceneries I'd join the club above: Nelson, Masterton, ORBX NZ stuff

At the moment the Carenado Cessna 337 is top of my list, but there are so many great addons coming out! I didn't even know there was an Airtourer in the works, that should be cool.

For me it has to be the RR Darts of the JF Viscount to go with my SAFE AIR Argosy Mt COOK HS 748 and my RNZAF Andovers.
Still waiting for someone to bring out a good FSX F27

I'd probably like an F-27 more than anything.

Sean pointed out the CS737 100/200 series , for all that use the CS 727 this would have to be the the top end priority , minimal auto pilot and short route,d NZ , down in most destinations within 45 minutes but can be extended .
But as Dean pointed out , where the bloody ell is our triple 7 cockpit
