On Steam, XPlane 12 is only $51.24
Took me about 2.5 hours to download the base software, and another hour for USA, Europe and Oceania areas ... gee, I thought MSFS 2020 was a slow download, but this was far worse.

If anyone is interested, Orbx have Flow Pro discounted to NZD $19 this week. It's quite a good customisable rotary menu bar for MSFS 2020.
