Deane , with you doing the Fabulous freeware B-) , Academic Licence.. that is all you need , I still work on the FSX with the scenery and then simply plop it across , the huge thing I have noticed is the huge frame rate increase course lotta things I'm still getting a tuned to.

Installed and an hour of flying done. Must say I'm darn impressed. Very smooth. Next step - start importing all the scenery !!
