Well done those Gal's ....but seriously, I think it's a shame that this even makes the news ...it should have been normal practice years ago.
I've been looking back at various superiors I've worked with in the past, and some of the best were Female. In fact, at the moment my line manager is Female, and so is her up line.
Never worried me.
