I had no idea the 727's had this fit out for VIP's. Was it standard, or was it a "QC" quick change option ?

Quick(ish) change, only fitted when needed. I think the VIP kit was upgraded over the years. I don't think it stayed as a symphony of 70's beige !!

I am guessing it is New Zealand version of Air Force One????
