Dawn/Dusk Crashes

I have no idea why, but lately my sim is always crashing at dawn and dusk sim time.

But what makes this even more strange is that it only occurs in New Zealand, and in that only Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch are affected.

I have absolutely no idea what would be causing this but anyhelp would be really, really, really great!

What are your specs?
Do you have photoreal installed for these areas?
Do you have dawn/dusk texture blending turned on? If so try turning it off. Your system may just not be able to cope with blending the huge number of textures.

Turned it off but nothing changes.

My comp specs are:

AMD Athlon 64 3000+ 2 ghz ht;
512 MB RAM,
160 GB memory
and 128 mb nVidia GeForce fx5200xt.
