Hi ,
I have have installed Flight sim x and trying to run Wilco 777 and PDMG 747-400X . When i add skins of any aircraft there never show in the the selections screen. Only Shows up the Boeing Skins. Also there are no FSX skins in the selection screen for aircraft.

Have i done something wrong? they used to be there till i had my PC formatted.

Hi Shaun , this will occur with high end pay-ware if you don,t have the SP1/SP2 (service packs) installed for FSX , all recently updated since you may have first installed

Or other option is buy FSX Acceleration

Yeah also they mite not have thumbnails seeing most where for fs2004 so you can get a thumbnail editor from Avsim.com if that also could be what you are getting at ,this will take shots of skins and put them in the list ,but yeah try Ian,s advice first and see how you go

One other tip... just make sure the 'show all aircraft variants' option is selected!

I spent 1/2 hour one day trying to figure out why I was not seeing all the aircraft liveries...

Thank you...... Its been doing my head in for weeks now why it wouldnt show them.
Ive installed and unistalled the game 3 times then went and bought a new copy incase there was a problem with the copy i bought.

Glad to have helped... I hope you got a replacement copy and did not shell out $$$ for the 2nd copy!
