Flight sim exits every time i select an airport! HELP!

Hi,

I go into flight FS9 and i load up my aircraft etc. I then go to select an airport. I click on the one i want and the FS9 just exits and goes onto the desktop!! Help...what's wrong?

Delete all old FS9 flights , GOTO - My Documents/Flight Simulation Files .. delete all files , reboot . OK you will be started back in Seattle , but all should be working

Argh!! Still not working!! I go it still keeps shutting down if i select a new airport. And if i leave it on the default (Seattle), it loads up to 99% then exits after that!!!!!!! HELP!! How about uninstalling and reinstalling FS9?

"Delete or remove it somewhere safe" the FS9 CFG from C:\Documents and Settings\your user\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9\ and then start sim again and it will rebuild another free of charge
make sure you have hidden folders to show hidden folders or you will never find the CFG
Hint "folder options in the control panel "

Rebuilt the CFG. Still doesnt work. I thought maybe i had done the noob thing and got a mark on the disc but no, i cleaned that and it still doesn't work. How about just uninstalling and reinstalling the whole thing??

Just alittle info of what you have done today installed fs9 addons aircraft etc..would help abit just so we can work out from the start what could of caused this problem ill answer with 30min to your post so you can start a reinstall if you have too ...

Hi guys,

Yuss i got my FS working. I just shut down the computer when i went to school and then started it up at about 3 and it was working like a charm! I got my joystick today also so i am finally set with scenery, controls etc. Now i can just download some more aircraft when i feel like it!!
