I just fixed my internet (due to loose phone jack etc.)

Now. We can't receive emails (even last night) it just says on Mozilla Download message 1 of 9 and can't download that first one. Any reasons why this is happening (after 10mins it stops trying to get email) I can't get onto Slingshot Webmail either.

Email client settings haven't been wiped? In thunderbird it would probably pay to double-check (or even just overwrite the existing) that the settings are correct.

As for webmail, it's unlikely that the problem is linked with your email client issue (unless the problem is server-side), in which case you couldn't do much about it anyway.

Might help to clear cache and cookies etc.

Funny as it sounds .. if you have only just fixed the sarvo , a complete over night shut down will help , this happened to me , it was just a day at work , switched on and all kicked in .

unfortunately it's still trying to get that one email.

I changed an individual setting which had re set itself and all is working.
