What is the exact error message? I don't think I've seen this one before, have you tried using compatability mode on it?

yup I set the app for XP service pack 2, the message seems to be a generic one (not really an error it just states the program is not responding) where it gives you two choices try and find a solution and shutdown program, I am trying a full reinstall but if I get it again I will screenshot the message

Yay!
I'm not the only one anymore!

I got the same mesage and more when I was installing FS. After four re-installations it worked.
If yours isn't 9.1 then update it otherwise do what I did and re-install until it works.
Sounds weird but it worked for me.

Also don't bother a screenshot I know what happened. It's very common:

Again I recommend re-installing a few times.

Isn't it evident?? Boeing are my favourite aircraft.

P.S. that's is my real birthday but I wish to keep my real age secret to keep you all pondering.
