OK, pretty much, I need a nice set of speakers for my new MP3 player to go in my room. I dont often listen to music, but when i do, i like it loud and bassy. I have narrowed it down to 2 options

hey man.
I work at DSE and have played around with both speakers. I would recomend the logitech but thats not to say that the other is any worse! I would recomend that you pop into a store and listen for yourself. It comes down to preference. There is slight difference in sound quality but really is un-noticable when listening at med volume. If its loud music you want it for then i would say that the logitech handles the vibrations better.....However if you really want good quality when blasting then you'll have to get something that has enough juice! which could cost more!

Wonder if this was of any help

cheers

Cool, thanks for the help guys. How about the bass? tongue.gif Obviously only a 5.25" sub would not blow your head off, but was it decent?

The bass is alright. Not great...... but its the best you'll get in that price range!
