This was a very dumb mistake by me, I have 2 accounts on my Laptop one for Home and one for School, the school one is on the School domain (my home account isn't) But today while I was at school Norton 360 gave me a message that I had a week password on my home account. So with nothing better to do I went in under control panel and there was an option to reset my home account password. So I went ahead and did that then when I tried to log in to my home account it says the password is wrong, the username may be is incorrect or I am trying to connect to the wrong domain. The last two I know for sure that they are correct so I could only put it down to that I changed a password from another account which was on a domain.

I have since reset the password several times, and also tried making a Home account a normal user not an Administrator and those didn't work.

You guys got any ideas.

Regards, Scott

Are you logging in as a 'local' (ie. non-domain) Administrator to reset the password?
